This month has brought with it some huge releases including Mileage Tracking. Here’s a breakdown of all the new and improved features that launched in August.
Automatically track your mileage as you drive, easily categorize your business trips, and watch your potential tax deduction grow with the new Mileage Tracking feature—now live in the iOS app. You can read all about it here or download the app here.
Prefer to track your time using a calendar view? Now you can. The new month view allows you to track your time each day, while giving you a full view of time logged weekly and monthly.
If your client has an existing credit available, you can now choose for that credit to be automatically applied to the next invoice generated from their Recurring Invoice Template. You can enable this within your Payments page, as shown below:
A secondary Contacts Tab has been added to each of your Client’s Profiles within your Clients page. This will make it easier to organize and navigate your client’s contacts, and allows you to add them to any invoices you send out. Here’s a look at how it works on an invoice:
Enable Direct Debit on your next invoice, and allow your customers to easily store their payment details for one-time and recurring payments. It’s a great way to provide your UK customers with the flexibility of paying via bank transfer. Learn more here.
Never forget an expense again. When generating an invoice, you can quickly add any unbilled expenses along with any unbilled time. Plus, easily add future unbilled expenses to your Recurring Template automatically.
Prefer to use FreshBooks in Russian? You can now select it as your language option for Invoices, Estimates and Proposals. Learn how here.
