It’s the time of year when people lean into certain rituals and traditions, things like resolutions for the year to come, and reflecting on the year that’s passed. Sure, they can be useful activities to understand what worked and didn’t work in 2022 and how that can inform the next 12 months. It sure is tough to make long-term plans these days, but looking back, somehow, we all made it to this point one way or another, whether you took it day by day or month by month, here you are.
